Supercapacitor battery manufacturing uses technology covered by US Patent 7,987,566 , illustrated below:
Melted glass is captured in a thin layer between 2 conductive foils.
And in doing so a supercapacitor battery is rapidly formed.
The green Forming Machine is designed to manufacture 1 supercapacitor battery, the yellow spool, at a rate of 1 spool every 30 to 90 seconds. This spool is 24 inches long x 3 inches in diameter. It weighs about 10 pounds.

Where did this technology come from?
It originated at Alfred University, when Ceramic Engineering student Richard Sturzebecher was pouring yellow-hot melted glass from a cup into a mold cavity. Suddenly, the downward flow of glass entering the bottom of the mold cavity started changing into a white solid crystal.
This color change (from yellow to white) travelled up the down-flowing stream of glass flowing from a pouring cup. Suddenly, a solid white ceramic stem was formed. It looked like a smoking pipe. This change took place in about 1 second.

Application of this Event
One year later, at the US Army Signal Corp HEX building, Materials Manager Sam DiVita asked Richard if a glass composition could be melted and then captured at room temperature as a solid glass--- even when the melted glass had a high propensity to crystallize.
Richard knew how to capture this glass. And he demonstrated the procedure in the laboratory by pouring melted glass onto a brass metal mold. Then, by pressing a second piece of brass down onto the first mold, already covered with hot glass, a useful, solid glass shape was captured. The melt cooled "as a glass" down to room temperature before it could crystallize.
To illustrate this, glass was melted and then quenched into the shape of a lens shape, using the 2- piece press shown in Fig. 1.
Today, an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) can use the intelligent circuit to digitally measure kilowatt-hours of electric power stored and dispensed for use by a customer using Supercapacitor Batteries as the energy store.
This means that credit and debit cards can be used to buy kilowatts of electric power from a supercapacitor battery "energy bank" made by Orbit Energy Systems, Inc. Selling electric power from Roadside Electric Filling Stations shall be a common event.
This intelligent circuit makes it possible to sell kilowatt-hours of power by credit card to electric car owners, dispensed from roadside electric filling stations. It is estimated that over 100,000 electric roadside filling stations will be franchised to service electric cars and trucks.
Millions of homes shall also be installed with uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), so that future home power shall not be lost even for one second during an electric storm.
Orbit’s energy storing supercapacitor batteries (SBs) shall be installed in businesses, hospitals, agricultural farms, schools and financial institutions.
